These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Visione Edge website and its content (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Visione Edge S.A., based in Alajuela, San Carlos, Costa Rica ("Visione Edge", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: info@visione-edge.com.

2. About the Site

The Site presents information about Visione Edge and its services, including Visione Flow, and lets you contact us, chat with our assistant, and book a call. The content is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any specific result; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; scrape, harvest, or abuse the Ask Visione assistant, including automated abuse or attempts to overload it; submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content through our forms or chat; or use the Site to violate the rights of others.

4. The Ask Visione assistant

The Site offers an AI-powered assistant. Its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are not professional, legal, or financial advice and should not be relied upon as such. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information through the assistant. We may limit, suspend, or withdraw the assistant at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, the "Visione Edge" and "Visione Flow" names and marks, and software — are owned by Visione Edge or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it commercially without our prior written permission.

6. Your submissions

When you send us information through a form, the chat, or email, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you grant us permission to use it to respond to and serve your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, Cal.com for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, and any dispute relating to them or to the Site is subject to the competent courts of Costa Rica.
